I began my career as a lawyer, motivated by helping clients and colleagues to face challenges and find solutions. As my role developed through management, leadership and to Board level I increasingly experienced that not only challenges could be faced and solutions found, but that transformation could be achieved for both individuals and teams.
This passionate belief in people’s potential and the transformative impact of coaching has been grounded and developed through robust training and learning. Instinctive beliefs I have always held now have evidence-based structure and skills underpinning them, which have deepened and increased my belief in the amount of choice we have, and change we can achieve.
I am now an Accredited Executive Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Leadership Consultant, published author on Leadership and Executive Coaching, and Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (Level 7 – Coaching and Mentoring. I am also currently undertaking Fellowship Level 7 for Directors of HR and L&OD). I provide coaching, consultancy, training and mentoring services to businesses and individuals.
My work is driven by a passionate philosophy that any challenges can be faced and individuals, teams and organisations have the resources and potential to achieve beyond what they currently think possible.
Clients describe me as insightful, creative, strategic, energising, and even with a sense of humour! I work nationwide, both virtually and in person, and live in the Midlands with my wonderful wife and three children.
